The day, you left

I watch the stars in the sky,
So shinny, so bright,
I tried to catch,
Yet they are too far, too beautiful,
But,
I could never own them…

I am yelling at the roof top,
Telling the wind how much I miss you,
My voice was so loud,
But you can never hear from far beyond…
A drop of tear,
Silently slide from my eyes…

Sitting silently,
The memories start flashing back,
The days that we been together,
We were so naïve,
As pure as white clothes,
Without any design nor color,
The days without sadness and loneliness,
Yet,
Day by day,
We no longer stay white,
Our hearts has changed,
The naïve days shall never be back…

We are facing different people,
With a mask, covering our face,
We need to wear this mask for how long?
None can tell…
Perhaps,
Thousand light years later,
This mask will disappear,
Showing people their truest self…

We have made promises,
Until the day our ice sealed dreams come true,
Till the very end of the day,
We only can be separated,
But,
You left me behind,
Letting these dreams go with the wind,
Sinking into the deepest sea.

Why have you left me behind?
Why you give the only hope to live for me?
You have gone,
Left me behind,
Sitting on this roof top,
Crying silently.

My dearest friend,
Please stop your steps,
I’m coming,
Please wait for me,
We shall complete our dreams,
And never be separated…

All is but a distant Utopia

Long ago,
There is a legend,
Saying that there is a paradise land,
Far from the distance a man could ever walk,
Nor the ships could ever sail,
A place that none of any people nor any living lives able to reach,
A place that people and living lives dream to live.

The land is say free from wars,
Neither quarrel nor fight could ever happen,
The land that appear out of the 5 main elements,
A place that cannot be destroyed….

The jets roar in the sky,
The tanks stomp the earth,
And the war ships rule the sea,
The war has been started,
To fulfill people’s greed,
The sky turns red,
Rivers and lakes become blood,
Skeletons become as high as mountains….

In the war,
The folks praying the God for help,
Men running looking their wives,
Women screaming for kids,
Kids are crying for their parents.
Yet, seeing this scene,
The soldiers’ swords sank into their body merciless…
People cried, screamed, and faced the death,
A wheel of killing,
A wheel of death,
That never ends…

The war is terrifying,
It has destroyed everything,
Taking lives, belongings and hopes away.
In the rain of bullets,
A little girl walked,
Facing death in any moments,
Just to find her mom and dad.

She walked days and nights,
Searching every single body on the ground,
Praying they are not her parents every time she turns the body.

Thrusts, hunger, are never obstacles to her,
Nor fire and bullets ever stop her,
The will to find her parents are so strong and unstoppable.

In the journey,
She found an old man,
Walking alone,
Hope to find a company.

The old man felt pity of her,
And so,
He walks with her, helping her.

Along the journey,
The old man tells the girl tales.
Tale of the paradise land,
Tale of the far away paradise,
The land called The Utopia.

The girl was impressed with the beauties of the land,
She desires to live there together with her family,
She believes with her strong will,
She could find the place,
The paradise land that called Utopia.

But,
She didn’t notice her dream is merely ended.
Far away from her distance,
A soldier took an aim,
Taking away the only friend she has.
The old man slowly closed his eyes,
Wishing the girl can escape and fulfill her dream.
The little girl cries and cries,
She begs the old man to wake up,
She doesn’t notice her clothes are full with blood,
She doesn’t care the second bullets that hit her directly on her chest.
She only wants the old man,
The only friend she has, to wake up.

She tries to stand up,
But she could not.
She crawl on the ground,
She wants to continue her journey.

Death comes silently to her,
She feels exhausted,
Slowly,
She closed her eyes.
She saw a dream,
In the dream,
She reunited with her parents,
Living in the paradise land,
Free from war and suffering…

She knows,
She has reached Utopia,
The paradise for the death…
